Yes, I have tested a bunch of shafts not that long ago, not with all of these heads though. 

PX LZ 6.5, DG X100 120, DG X100 TI, DG X7 and so on. I have DG X100 Tour Issue in both Forged Tecs and T100S's right now, and in terms of shaft performance I they work wonders.

 

Haven't been able to try these shafts with the other heads, however I feel that if i like the tour issues with both heads I already own, I can't really see why they wouldn't be a good fit for whatever pair of new heads I proceed with. Not sure if I mentioned this previously but there's a high probability that I would keep my T100S if they weren't black, at least for a longer period of time in order to make a slower decision so to speak.

Yeah I've seen both, the Mizunos seem to be a smallish facelift of the current line and not a fan of the new Blueprints, or rather should I say that i definitely prefer the current line design wise.

 

Not sure what the next step would be in this process but I'm leaning more and more towards the i230/Blueprint set...

After spending way too much time reading around, convincing my wallet that this is a hit worth taking, and probably unleashing my confirmation bias that this set is a great idea, I felt somewhat determined that this is going to happen.
Spoke to the shop today and I was pretty much ready to proceed with i230 4i & 5i, 6-PW Blueprint.

 

I received a heartbreaking reply:

 

"I've checked with Ping and Blueprints are no longer available for order. Next gen Blueprints will probably launch during February so you're welcome to get back to us for a demo."

 

So... we're back to the beginning once again since I am not overly impressed by the looks of the new Blueprint. I'll probably wait for the new Mizuno 24x to demo, and have a deeper look into ZX7. Fair to say it ain't easy being a Ping fanboy!

Have you seen pic of the blueprint T?  It looks very similar to the original blueprints. The blueprint s looks more like the s55 irons.

Yeah I've seen them, they look similar yes but I think they actually look a bit cheap with basically no text on the head except for "blueprint" written in a font seemingly from a 90s birthday card. Yes I'm really picky with design attributes 😅
The price point will probably be higher than the OG Blueprints also, which already are definitely on the upper side of the spectrum cost wise.

I’ve been doing a lot of testing of irons for consistency this year.  In a solid body (cavity back) club, the PXG 0317 CB is great.  If you are looking for a filled club but want to really eliminate the fliers, the absolute best have been the PXG 0317 T model.  They don’t have outrageously jacked lofts, are designed with consistency as a primary goal and are very soft in feel.  Both are outstanding clubs.

Happy to say that I actually went this route after all, so picked up a set of iBlade 4-PW white dot today. Will test them on the course for the first time tomorrow morning.

 

I got them for a great price so I'll try these out and further evaluate if they're keepers or not. NS Pro Prototype LSL X shafts so I'll try them and I also have a set of DG Tour Issues waiting at home, so I'll probably swap shafts.

 

I spent some time this week to look up the swing weights of my clubs, to find out the following for the Titleist T100S:

 

4i: D2.2
5i: D2.4
6i: D2.6
7i: D0.1 
8i: C9.8
9i: C9.8
PW: C8.2 

 

Could be part of the answer to why I don't love them 😅
