Recommendations for Golf club technician in the Seattle area

I’m an experienced player that doesn’t have the budget to constantly buy new clubs at retail rates. I don’t have the equipment to do my own modifications, but need some help with basic stuff like loft/lie/gap analysis, and maybe figuring out some alternative options for the top end of my bag. Unfortunately I’ve found that club champion basically wants nothing to do with me, and the same thing seems true of Puetz Golf - they have club repair people but they refuse to give me the time of day. Does anyone from the Seattle area have a recommendation or someone they like? Thanks!

Pnw golf center should be able to help you out with that. They are in the redmond Kirkland area pretty close to Willows Run golf course. Been going to Jeff and his team for a while now. They don't carry all the brands but you should be able to get a good idea of what you want.

You might get more responses in the regular club tech section. This part (ave joe) doesn't get as much traffic.

Hey, thank you but what is the "regular club tech" part? I thought there was just one forum for this type of comment.

It looks like your post was moved. Your post was originally in the "Average Joe Swings Stiff and Below" subsection of club techs, a place that sees very little traffic. I'm just trying to help.

Are you in Seattle or North or South of it? Too bad Puetz blew you off, it's happened to me about 15 years ago and is why I no longer drive down to Seattle for golf things. Several people I golf with speak well of Golf Tech but I have no experience with them.

Ah thanks for the recommendation! I looked at the forums again and was able to see what you meant. I think I may have posted there a while back and never got an answer - I would guess the answer is "go to Puetz, or, if you can afford it, go to Club Champion and just give them your bank account number". But still thought I'd try.

I'm technically east of Seattle, in Issaquah. I was able to get in to see the guy at Puetz Bellevue the other week but I'm not super convinced and it was a lot more expensive than I expected. I'll look into Golf Tech like you mentioned.
