Unusual Scotty Cameron Putter

Has anyone seen a Scotty Cameron like this one before ? Not sure if it’s a genuine tour model or a refurb job.

smooth face, no stamp on sole.

Any info would be much appreciated.

And the epoxy.  Have to wonder how much weight they took off that thing.

Probably a rust bucket and someone removed all of it.  Never seen a smooth face Scotty, guessing it was ground off and bet it weighs about 315 instead of 330+. 

If it weighs 330 or more then we are all wrong, you might have something....

Definitely refurb, and they took a LOT of material off.  You can tell in the pic of the face of the 3 days - instead of the dots having sharp edges, they've been completely rounded over. and in the pic of the back cavity, the left shoulder has been shaped significantly more than the right (the 'corner' has been completely removed).

Looks like an old Pro Platinum (Carbon Steel) that someone took to a buffing wheel likely to remove rust and ended up 'polishing' entirely. Sole markings are removed/possibly grinded off then polished. Likely removed quite a bit of weight, would need to measure to see how true.

 

The markings from the wheel make it look like they might have used an aluminum oxide wheel. Couple of hotter areas here and there.
