A Question Relating To Trackman Numbers - Sim Courses At Altitude

Wasnt sure if this belonged in the simulators section of the forum, but if it is, mods please move it there. I felt it might get a bigger audience here.

 

Have a question relating to the numbers trackman gives on courses at ALTITUDE.

 

Ive been playing sim golf with my father at the Summit Club on trackman, this course is at an altitude of over 2000 feet, its not at sea level.

 

Trackman gives two sets of numbers....one set is within the "game"....the effect of the lie in the rough, the spin reduction from the rough, wind, sand conditions are all factored into this to give adjusted yardages.

 

And i would assume, the ALTITUDE of the course is also part of the adjustment.

 

The sim also gives a second set of numbers on screen 2. These are the detailed shot numbers. Club path, face angle, clubhead speed, ball speed, launch angle, and of course, carry and total.

 

So on this screen, is this screen ALS0 factoring in altitude when giving the carry and total distances, or is purely sea level numbers/the numbers from the way the driving range is set up?

 

Im a bit confused on this. Id like to think the shot data is purely just sea level laboratory type data, thats factoring in no adjustments.

 

Is this the case?
