Need feedback on lofting up or down on a new G430 10k Driver.

I need some feedback from all the WRXs Golfers.  I was fitted into a G430 10k at 9 degrees loft turned up to 9.5 degrees.  What would be the difference in ordering a 10.5 degree driver and loft it down to 9.5?  I understand lofting down opens the face a bit and lofting up closes the face a bit.  A bit open sounds more appealing to me.  Would spin rate or launch angle be different on the two drivers lofted the same?  Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Thats a great question, I'm In the same boat and will be following this thread to see some of the answers. I prefer to see an open club face but I find on these bigger heads that the lower lofts look much better at address. If I go with the 9 I likely would keep it standard.

closing face with Ping adjustable hosel you will be moving lie angle more upright from standard. Lowering loft you will flatting the lie angle as well. I do know the CG locations will move as well. All of this ONLY matters though if you "sole" the club first thing grip it.
