Removing TM weights in hosels ???

Those weights TM drops down into the bottom of the hosel on Taylormade irons and wedges can those be removed ? Trying to lighten some mg4 wedge heads ?

They can be removed. They're epoxied in place though and it can take a little work. I make sure the hosel is clean down and around the top of the weight, heat up the hosel around where the weight is set and then bang the top of the hosel on my bench. Some come out easy and some take some time and effort.

Thanks I assume the wedges have weights to in them like the irons ?

Yep, same as the irons.

My headweights are:

50 290

56 300

60 304

the bags on the heads when they came shafted were:

50 261

56 291

60 291

I’m thinking that bag over the 50 didn’t come from that head no way a 29 gram weight is in there.
