They have been for the last couple of years. It seems to have picked up about 3-4 years ago. Prior Jordan releases were less frequent.

Hopefully, but I doubt it.  They have yet to have a year where they release more than one model per year outside of the spikeless 1's.  It would be nice to see them mirror their street shoe releases but I just don't think the demand is there.  Just about everything they've released the last 2 years have sat and ended up in outlets and on sale.  In my opinion if they only released a single colorway of many different models yearly, as your suggest, that they'd increase demand.  I recently unloaded all my jordan golf shoes bc they've diluted the market so much.

While I think the 11 lows work great on a golf course with the patent leather, the other numbered models are a tough sell. I wonder how much profit they're turning on golf considering that I see a majority of their stuff sitting and ending up in outlets like @FormerBigDaddy said.

Will see, I've been wanting to just try on a pair of Jordan golf shoes to see how they fit vs regular Nike's. I've heard they're wider/roomier which could be something I like.
