New G430 Hybrid or Velo Blue Shaft in existing KingTec Hybrid??

I carry a 2H King Tec now with MMT 80TX. I like the club, but it can be hooky. Looking at getting a Ventus shaft for it, but of course my research has led me down a rabbit hole. The reviews on the 430 are incredible. Distance, forgiveness and accuracy are all stand outs on MGS. Do I go shaft replacement or new club????

I have a G430 3h w a Ventus Blue HB 9X.  I rotate that with my G430. 7w (turned down 1.5* in big minus setting) with a Ventus TR Blue 8X.  They are very comparable.  I don’t find the G430 Hybrid to be overly hooky.  It’s a pretty neutral hybrid IMO.  It is wildly forgiving.  I’m debating getting a 4h to kick out my 4i.  The G430 fairway/hybrid line is exceptional.  I came from TSR fairways and couldn’t be happier.

I play G430 2H with ventus blue Hb 80s shaft. It’s a weapon. Can adjust it flat if concerned about hooks. I don’t play fairway woods so this is a nice replacement.

Are you guys also playing Ventus Blue in your drivers? I only ask to see if there's a correlation that could possibly be made from weight and flex on driver, to weight and flex on hybrid. I play Blue 6S in my 430 Driver. So I was thinking maybe Blue 9S in the hybrid? Or even X to help combat the hooks some more? Trying them out at a shop isn't an option for me, unless I drove hours to Club Champion.

No, I play Black 6X in Driver, TR Red 7X in 3W.

Just paired my Blue 6S with 430 10K head. It's the best driver I've ever gamed. Nothing else even comes close.

Random question on the G430. Is the G430 HL the same head as the standard but with a lighter weight in the back? I won't use the super light shaft, but was curious if anybody could confirm (PING's site made it seem like they are the same head)
