SWING Help Please !

Hey everyone ! I would love some feedback on my swing.  I’m constantly hitting the ball on the heel, hitting pushes , and straight slices. Also hit some shanks as well off the hosel.   I feel like I’ve tried everything but with the same results. Thank you in advance. You’re a little bit too close to the ball - just a hair. Backswing is very usable, but then you rush transition and get yourself stuck, so you throw your arms at it to try and counter the OTT move. 
 

A purchase of NTC with some Justin Rose drill would sort you out.

IMO, this pic (the moment of contact) says it all:

 

First thing to notice - you have a somewhat closed stance. (Possibly as a means of trying to compensate? Your feet are set up to hit a slight draw). 

 

But the biggest things that are evident? The clubface is clearly open at impact, you are clearly hitting off the heel, and (biggest point) you haven't cleared your hips. They are still nearly parallel to the target line. Which means it is difficult for the clubface to square up. 

 

Overall, it is a pretty damn solid swing. Needs minor tweaks. Stand about an inch further away from the ball, and simply fire the hips a bit earlier. 

 

Since it is convenient (just because I've been looking at Lydia Ko's swing in the past couple weeks, technically one of the most perfect swings I've ever seen - but you'll see the same characteristic with most pros), let me offer a contrasting picture of her moment of impact. Look at your hips, and then her hips. Hers have already turned more than halfway towards facing the target. 

 

If you don't get your hips out of the way, it is almost a recipe for a push. And it is also probably robbing you of a bit of distance.

Your head moves lower as you take your backswing which will cause you to early extend. I would suggest trying to keep there the beginning of your backswing, then shift you weight down and towards your lead foot while keeping your 'butt to the wall' to help prevent early extension and giving your arms all the room.
