Swing catching up to my age/body thinking of going graphite in the irons need a suggestion

Going on 45, I know that’s not really old but after playing I’m starting to get some pain in my elbow. I’ve been playing KBS C taper 130 in my irons for a while now. Have been fit into this profile a number of times so it is kind of my go to shaft.

is there a graphite shaft that’s going to play similar to the C taper 130 end maybe give me a little relief on the joints. So low launch low spin graphite on the heavier side? Or to get any type of relief on my joints well I have to go to a lighter shaft? I’m not sure if that’s going to be a good idea with my tempo

C Taper 130 to graphite, a tough one.

MMT 125 TX?

Dart V 120 F5? Very low torque.

Steelfiber i125? Also low torque

LA Golf L series 120?

You just need to go try some. On paper none will match exactly. I'm a big fan of Steelfiber. I think you would like Axiom.

Here are a few options that are similar and depend on your preference for where you want to go with weight. TGI is lightest but the 110 is basically the same profile as C-Taper 130, only a little softer.

i just changed from Project X 6.0 to MMT 105 TX. Loved the PX6.0 but needed to make the switch. Having had the MMTs for a few days now, these things are incredible... just fantastic feel and performance. As mentioned, you may need to bump up to MMT 125 TX.

L-Series would be the closest graphite equivalent. It's very linear and lower launching compared it's graphite brethren. It will feel the most similar as well.
