X100s are soft stepped as well. He's had this same iron/wedge shaft setup since at least 2012.

9* set to higher...so playing @ 11*...but in reality we don't know the true loft because it might have been 8.2 or something before.  Maybe it's a 9* @ 8.2 with a open face angle and when set to higher its 10.2 and square for all we know.

He plays the face closed says it helps him take the club to outside on takeaway. His hands are way ahead at impact.

i think he switched from a 130x to 120s in his wedges back in 2018/2019, he also overhauled his wedge game.

I wonder if it’s just the Raw face that he doesn’t like with the MG3 or MG4, or if there’s something else about the OG MG that he prefers…
