Kaili white vs blue

I’m considering a new driver and checked out the website and the SS recommendations seem off to me? I swing around 100mph now due to sickness and injuries and Mitsubishi website recommends blue in stiff and white in x?
looking for recommendations or if this is a typo.

Also if anyone has any feedback between the Cobra Aerojet and the Mizuno 230 STZ or STX with these shafts or other combos that would work.

I've always loved the Diamana Blueboard - now very happy with the Kai'Li shafts.

If you've liked used and liked blueboards or the ZF in the past what flex was that? When I got my Kai'Li Blue the only one available was the TX (!) but i took a a chance as the BB never felt boardy in the past (first BB back in the Sellinger's 9015D day was an 80X i think 😉 ) and so it proved - for me at aorund 105mph CHS +/- dpending on the day, it still feels wonderful even a step up or two even in flex.

I have used both Kai'Li Blue 60TX & the Kai'Li White 60X in the same model driver had and to me it does what is says it's meant to do - that is the white gives you a whiteboard performance (so lower launch and spin) while still feeling like a Blue. I also used the Kai'Li Red in a 7 wood for a while, and it too still felt kind of blue, which i like.

Having said all that - the Mizunos offer Kai'Li Blue as a standard shaft which is nice... you could get another Kai'Li white +adaptor elsewhere fi you felt you needed less spin/lower launch.

Thanks very helpful. I played the white 73x in driver and blue 83x in 3 wood way back when and they just worked. I also loved the Fuji speeder VC 7.1 s in a Mizuno driver years ago. The good thing is cobra offers both white and blue as stock and Mizuno offers blue as stock.
still not sure why the website says stiff in blue and x in white for 100mph?

It's probably just that an intern uploaded the wrong image and nobody cares enough to take it down/nobody at MC noticed yet. Those swing speed gauges are pretty useless anyways as they have no real bearing on whether you will fit into a shaft or not. I am not sure if you have the ability to get Tensei instead but my understanding of the MC line up is that Diamana is their tightest spec offerings with the most exotic materials. Tensei is hit or miss in terms of exotic materials and seem to be somewhat random which ones have upgraded materials or not. However, Tensei is overall lower torque than the other 2 premium lines so if you prefer a bit firmer/stiffer feel this may be a better option for you (not sure if that is you or not). The Kai'li product is higher torque and generally lacks many of the premium materials offered in the other two lines, however, they still have very stable tip sections to control face deflection.

If you are capable, it never hurts to order a bit overlength and a bit softer so if needed you can tip as desired. Kind of like you can only take off so many clothes if you are hot vs. being prepared with extra layers in case it is cold. Going softer and longer has a lot more flexibility than does ordering too stiff.  You can't do anything with too stiff but you can make too soft work with some modifications.

I have used the Kaili blue for a while in a Mizuno and this was ok for me. I had the chance to test the shafts before buying the club. I was trying the Kaili white / blue and two HZRDUS options, the difference between the Kaili white to the blue was very big. Much lower ball flight and lower spin, I could not bring a single ball up in the air…

Was ok, but the Kaili did suit me better. I had the HZRDUS smoke im10 (Callaway spec) in the past which I did like very much. And the new HZRDUS black Gen 4 is also a very nice one. But with the Black Gen 4 and the blue it felt to me that I have to work more for the result that the Kaili blue gave me with less effort. The Black gen4 I would play in a shorter fairway wood if needed…

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
