Those of you with Pro launch, got a question... can i guy with ss 96-100 hit the stiff Pl Red or should i go with regular? Good tempo, slight draw, 6 handicap, G 10 10.5. Thx.

my swing speed is in your range and i am playing a regular in at titleist 905r. never tried the stiff but thought that it might be too much. the regular is fine for me.

I play the Prolaunch Red Stiff in my Hi-bore XL and really like it. I swing between 95-102 depending on how my back feels. I can load it just fine. I do not have a real long swing so I guess I am a little bit of a hitter. A great shaft for me,I actually like it better than my Protopype, it just feels smoother. Hope this helps. Todd

I tried the G10 PL red stiff at a demo day but wasn't able to hit it as well as the TFC. My swing speed is 95-100, but I'm a lower ball hitter.

If you have a quick tempo and load the shaft pretty well on the down swing...you should be fine!

You should really try them both and see which is best. I've got the prolaunch red stiff in a Rapture and I LOVE it, the combination has really changed my consistency off the tee. A fair few people have had a go with it but not many people have hit it well which is suprising. I'd recommend trying as many combinations as you can before buying.

I was just at a ping demo day and hit the pro launch red, the stock g10 shaft (hated it) and the GD ysQ. I ended up buying the pro launch red and i dont swing that fast usually around 90 max about 105

You won't have any problems...just got a prolaunch red in my 4w and its a great shaft.

I have the PL Red stiff in my Burner and I love it. My SS is probably about 100-105 (haven't gotten checked since I changed my swing a little bit).

I got fitted for my Insight BTY and the pro recommended the regular flex PL Red . I took his advise and have never hit the driver better. My swing speed is roughly the same as yours, 96-102.
