Hi there i am just wondering if this is the place or person to see about a complaint. I am am contacting you due to not recieving part of the cash that was aggreed within the trade. A trade was aggreed between myself a cj-gibson we both aggreed a date on shipment however he didnt decide to ship on this date so i called the putter back, then there was no replies due to a supposed full mail inbox, at this point he had already sent $100 to me. I then said untill i recieve the putter mine will not be sent as i now had little trust for him after the before events, i recieved the putter a little rusty than expected (however dont mind). Then cj-gibson said he would send the additional $80 upon conformation of shipment, i produced this conformation however he seems unwilling to paypal the additional cash, advise to resolve this problem would be most appreciated, keep up the good work. many thanks for your time and help. Tri-Hot claimed that we would trade putters and I would pay him $100 so that he could get a COA for mine. He was pressuring me to send it immediately and I wasn't able to ship it off for a week, for a few reasons. I offered to pay $50 for the inconvience, as soon as I could afford the money. He then asked for more money because he had to pay an import tax. bringing it to 85 and then refused to send the putter until the additonal payment was recieved, even though he had my putter in his hand. He then proceeded to post the putter on the BST, not upholding to his claim to send it to get a COA (which is why he requested my $100)

I have sent numerous messages to cj_gibson and still no reply. Any advice on what to do, i am very dissapointed with him.

We aggreed that we would send both at the same time and cj-gibson didnt do this, in this time no messages were answered to... this lack of communication seems to appear all the way through his ebay id which he has listed my putter on ebay even though he hasnt paid what he owes me. We both aggreed we would send it so that we wouldnt recieve duty however as the item which cj-gibson sent went to a different country instead of straight to uk. in addition to this even though i am not going to make a dispute about it, the putter was far from the condition stated and shown in the picture therefore a full refurbishment is needed, i would of thought it would of been sensible to tell me this when dealing with something so expensive! Lastly the putter was listed in the bst forum but wouldnt of been sent to any buyers or traders which i told numerous willing buyers until cj-gibson recieved my putter, at the time of listing the putter had landed in the states. Therefore due to the following things i believe that cj-gibson should stick to his word in order for him to do whatever he wants with the putter i traded him. many thanks for your help guys.

We aggreed a date between myself and cj-gibson to ship however he didnt ship at this date hence the additional payment, which i can quote from him would be sent through when confirmation of shipment. This was provided and no further communication or payment was recieved. My putter has been recieved as it is now on ebay nevertheless his part of the trade is still not complete. As soon as the payment is recieved cj-gibson can do what ever he likes with the putter. I feel like i have been very fair and patient as the putter that i received had rust marks on the finish and in the paint fill which i thought he would of mentioned, hence now a refurbishment has to be done, nevertheless im not complaining about this as this lack of communication seems to be more than apparant in his ebay feedback. thanks for your help guys as soon as the payment is recieved all dispute issues will be closed. many thanks. :friends:

I have tried adding a reply twice now and for some reason has not appeared however third time lucky! We both aggreed a shipment date and this wasnt met by cj-gibson no replies answered to due to a supposed full mail box. This poor communication seems to be also apparent in his ebay feedback where he has my putter up for sale at. I have no problems with him flipping the putter if he pays what he owes me. In addition to this even though i am not starting a dispute about it the putter which he traded was far from the condition he sent me pictures through hence i will have to send for a refurbishment. Nevertheless i am just looking for what i am owed which i can quote from previous messages that he would send. Many thanks for your help.

I HIGHLY recommend either one or both of you post a topic in Deal/No Deal presenting ALL the facts as they exist and getting the community's input as to what's fair in this situation. Seems like you both need to sit back and re-evaluate what exactly went on here.
