First posting ever. This is a sad but true story about my Burner 2009 experiences. With all the hype surrounding this club "The Set is Dead" and all, i bought a set stock standard stiff. I just could not hit it right and felt that it was too light and too soft and sold it. I kept coming back to the club though, this time by custom ordering the retail Burner 2009 with the Project X 5.5 shaft with the stock length. This in turn felt too heavy. The TM guys said i should consider using the more traditional lengths as opposed to the stock Burner 2009 lengths but I read all the postings and decided to go with the stock set up. I guess the TM guys were right. Returned it. After a few weeks of struggling with my AP2s I picked up a buddies Burner set that he had customized at the Kingdom. They felt better. He said it was stock just a 1/2 inch longer. Instead of customizing I decided to try the stock again. And within a few days again decided against it and sold it. Batting .000 for 3. I really want to love these irons and the B is the ticket. Beautiful, KBS 5.5. will do the trick. Really want to make the jump to the dark side with Taylor made. The rest of the bag is all TM playing retail R9TP with Motore, and same with 15 and 19 degree TP woods and the 4 Burner hybrid. The Bs will complete the set. Thanks.

Would go really nicely with my R9 driver, fw and hybrid - not to mention the Z-TP wedges. I would love to have the chance to let Taylormade redeem themselves in the iron department. Maybe these could replace my 2005 CB's as the only TM irons I've liked in the passed 5 years.

I would love to have the "B" version as I'm a complete Taylor Made homer. I've been a Taylor Made and GolfWRX homer for many many years, having played the old TM 300 Forged clubs and having quite a few drivers. Taylor Made makes some of the best products in the world, and to have a chance to actually OWN a rare "B" set of irons is truly yet another once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. GolfWRX is making the dreams of golf club junkies come true!!

I would love to have this "B" version as I will immediately put them in play. I'm a 9 handicap, and am starting to take lessons to get better. I know that these clubs will be a huge improvement over my AP1's, and help me elevate my game to new heights. Wow. I'm just absolutely speechless.

I would love to try the version "B" out. They look extremely workable with more than a touch of forgiveness. I tried the retail burners with the stock steel shaft and thought it was good. I'm sure the KBS upgrade would add lots of performance.

Sweet giveaway. I would love a set of the B version TP Irons to replace my 2003 Apex Plus irons. My Apex's are worn out and I need a change. Being a college student, Im not made of money and new clubs are quite pricey. The B Version looks outstanding and I think should have been released along side the regular burner irons.

I would love to game these as I consider these the best players cavity irons TM has ever produced. Add PX 7.0 flighted and White NDMC grips and you have the ultimate set. Go good with the TP LDP Reds I switched to

Those Bs look mint. The original ones had to much offset for my liking but the Bs are just perfect.
