I have an Orlimar Hip ti that has been in the bag for a long time. I took it with me to demo day and none of the drivers I hit were enough to make me want anything else. I stopped by The Callaway tent last. The guy said he thought he could put together a driver that could match it and out hit my Hip Ti. He put the Aldila NV in a 9.5 Ft9 head and I gave them both a swing or two. MyHip Ti was clearly longer and I still felt good about my trusty Orlimar. The guy then said to try the driver with the Fubuki and I told him I am happy with the NV. Well, to make him happy, I hit the fubuki. There is a net at the back of the range and I was getting to the first tier with the NV and my Orlimar. The Ft9 with fubuki was reaching the second tier. I was clearly out hitting the Hip Ti and impressed with the Callaway. The fitting cart and shafts made it simple to see what worked best.

I am still happy with my Hip Ti, but I definitely think the hyperbolic technology of the Ft9 makes it a better head. It really has an ultra hot and forgiving face. I was surprised that the Fubuki matched up with that 9.5 head so well for me.

It will be a couple of years before I can get one cheap. Please consider me in the drawing to win the Callaway FT9. Its the very one I want! Thanks,

Never really used a driver until two years ago, first tried a used Ben Hogan but it didn´t take long until a bought a Tour FT-5 and I have recently decreased my index by ten by the added length and accuracy of hte tee in combination with better putting....I can only imagine what this club would do to my game....!

I would love to play this driver because as I have been getting more consistent of the tee I have noticed that the closed face of most drivers is hurting my game. I believe this driver would help my game immensely.
