regripped everything with the tackimac itomics. hit a few balls on the range and thye feel nice, very 'tacky'. I have white on the woods and red on the irons/wedges. both get pretty dirty but they was off with a wet towel and soap. super tacky after they are washed.

William, I am going to do something unreal. I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt, especially since you are rather new to this forum.

Usually, when people take time out of their busy lives to share their golf clubs, opinions, stgories, etc, you take the time to thank them, or keep your mouth shut.

Now you know, I hope there will not be any further "foot in mouth" moments.

Nicely done!! Don't worry about that other guy who should have kept his mouth shut.

I have a set of MP-33's at The Iron Factory being redone in a satin finish with red, white, and black paint fills. I can't wait to get them back!!

I also redid a scotty studio in pink, purple and white for my 4 year old daughter!

Have fun with it!!

Red, white and black with a satin finish...? that sounds sick! post some pics when then come in.

sounds like your little one is all set with a premo putter! my son just got his first 'baby putter' for Christmas. ha, he's got a ways to go though... he's only 6 months old!
Okay, sorry guys. What I wrote is just my opinion. I don't expect anyone of you to think the same as me. I am against paintfilling and IMO they do not look good.

Good luck and paintfill as many clubs as you want. I don't mind..... :russian_roulette:
everyone is entitled to their own opinion... like i said, to each his own. happy holidays dbag (that's just my opinion).

I'll bet the paint fill combined with the grip colors looks great. In defense of William, sometimes pictures don't show the whole story. The other fun part about paint filling, if you change your mind on colors later, it's easy to change!

Nice work. :drinks:

The clubs look good, just the pictures dont do them justice.

It really irritates me now that people cover up being ignorant and rude by following it up with 'im just being honest' or 'its just my opinion'...i dont know whats changed but i was brought up that by all means to stand up for something you believe in, but to ignorantly post something inflammatory and pass it off as acceptable because its your opinion really riles me. If you dont like a club, or paintfill, say its not to your tastes, but dont be ignorant, make a stupid remark and try and justify it by saying 'its just my opinion'.

I think the person that posted saying the OP should write a guide on ruining clubs is ignorant....oh wait, but thats just my opinion. I would suggest keeping posts to constructive criticism. I see that you are from Sweden so my better nature would hope that your post was meant in a light hearted manner that was lost somewhat in translation.

Looks good bro. I recently did my wedges too. They are in my WITB post. I think better pics will show the work that you put into the clubs.
Dude, they are his clubs. He can do what he wants with them. Chill out with the negativity.
It's a public forum, if the OP doesn't want to hear the opinions of others (positive or negative) he shouldn't post the pictures. That being said, williamo could have been a bit more tactful in his response...It was more rude than anything.

I personally like the red paintfill, but I think they'd look even better if you re-did the entire club. I almost re-did my MP-67's with red :)

He has a 9.5 handi...with a staff bag? I strongly do not like it when people do that

Sorry for some reason it would not let me quote stuff.

I like the paintfill. When I pick up my CG2s I am going to do the same thing. Not sure on the color yet though, thinking a lime green. I'm in for the flare! Or, I'll do red like you and go with white multi decade grips, now that they make a midsize grip in that color!

You said sorry, yet you still tried to jab him and tell him that he is doing a crappy job. If you aren't going to say something nice about his clubs, don't read his thread. Both of your posts are as pointless as this post I am writing has been. Quite pointless really!

  • 3 weeks later...

I saw this post, and picked up a set of stamps on ebay for $15........

When they came in I practiced on an old wedge until there wasn't any more space on it to stamp. It is really pretty easy if you follow this guys instuctions...

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
