Putter well broke on my bag....what would you do?

Hey guys...unfortunately, I had a nightmarish last 2 weeks in which I spent time in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, Miami and Orlando. My sticks had to make all those airport trips with me because I didn't make it back to the house anywhere in between any of those city stops and I wanted them in Miami and Orlando with me at the last leg of the trip.

 

I currently have a Sun Mountain MPB bag with a putter well on the top outside portion of the bag. I put my golf stiff arm product (I have a Ogio soft case travel bag) in the putter well because I didn't want to leave my putter in the well to get crushed going through security. Well, I get the bag out of the travel bag at the course in Miami and as I put it over my shoulder I notice that the putter well is the only thing making contact with my back and it is really uncomfortable. I took the bag back off and noticed that the putter well had been bent directly sideways so that it is now the only thing between my back and the back pad on the bag.

 

The question is, would you guys call Sun Mountain and see what they could do or would you chalk this up to "that's the risk you take when traveling"?

[color="#000000"]I'd give Sun Mountain a call i think they would take care of you. my brother in-law has a SM [size="2"]C-130 cart bag, He was having a issue with it tearing where the strap attachs to the cart, he called them and sent it back to them. Few days later they sent him a brand new bag all though a different color they took care of him, I'd give it a shot.[/size][/color]

I called them [s]once[/s] twice regarding my Speed Cart, they could not have been any easier to deal with. Within 2 minutes they had shipped the part(s) that I broke (umbrella thing/bolt). Call now. Let us know what they say.
