Just got fit for a new ball today. Here are a few numbers off the driver:

Ball Speed: 140.3
Launch Angle: 15.1
Backspin: 3083
Test Club: My Adams 9015D w. V2 stiff
Current Ball: Titleist ProVx

I was looking for a little more distance. Accuracy is generally no problem and my short game is good. Seem to have lost a few mph this year as I have shortened my swing to hit more fairways. These were recommendations for premium balls. A few "performance" balls were recommended as well:

Srixon AD333
Callaway BB Diablo
Callaway HX Hot Plus
Srixon Soft Feel
Bridgestone +5

Going to try out a sleeve of i(z)'s tomorrow. Will check back with early results. Has anyone compared the i(z) with any of the other balls on the list?

At Golf Galaxy. They took data from my full swings and fed it all into a computer program which coughed up suggestions based on known ball data. I wasn't really worried about greenside spin as I generally put a good action on the ball and most premium balls perform well in this regard (yes, some better than others). Besides, I didn't have my wedges with me then. They fit me based on my specific request for a premium ball with more distance on tee shots.

Controlled swing - around 102-105.
If I step on it - 108-110.

They are. Im just wondering what his is. I dont want to bother Golf USA anymore with random fittings...lol

Does anyone know a good ball for a 116+ Driver SS? I dont know exact because I wasnt warmed up when I swung...

I think the Cally I(z) is one of the best balls I have ever played. Feels nice and crisp off the irons and not too bad off the putter. You will enjoy this ball.
