I love the Ryder Cup and the clothing is always a big part of it-I like to see what the team uniforms look like. I found a website to purchase the European team clothing.

Does anyone know who is outfitting the U.S. team? It always seems like such a secret and I know we cannot purchase the clothes. I am just curious who is providing the uniforms. I was thinking Adidas because of Captain Pavin.

Eck42, where have you found the European line? if it is on the official Ryder Cup website, I don't think that's what the team will be wearing at Celtic Manor, as it's the same shirts as last time, but in different colours. In 2008, you were able to buy European shirts after the event had ended.

Wow-in looking at Saturday's outfit, the cardigan is too retro for me. For my taste, I could not play in a cardigan. I am sure the uniforms will be a hit, but I am not one that is on board. (According to the article, I might like Sunday's uniform.)

In the last few Ryder Cups, I really liked Azinger's uniforms. They were simple, modern, and they fit well. Also, Europe in 2008 had some nice uniforms. Neither team was retro in 2008. It certainly looks like the U.S. will be anything but modern this time around! Still looking forward to seeing the uniforms and gear.

I still would like to be able to buy the U.S. team shirts. Since I can't, I will be picking up some European Team Gear.

I did not like the uniforms @ first glance, however after seeing the day by day photos, I like them-very much. The only day I do not like is Saturday. The cardigan I do not like and the polo underneath has a hard collar. Not for me.

I would buy the Fri sweater immediately if it was available and the Sunday outfit is outstanding. The pants on all days look sharp-Hickey Freeman has nice clothes.

The practice uniforms are OK. The hats I like, but the golf bag I could do without.

Overall who cares what I think-I am not playing, but it is nice to give my opinion. I want that Friday sweater!

i actually like the practice uniforms and sundays uniform much better than the rest. i'm a big peter millar fan and have several shirts and sweaters...their stuff fits great (stricker aside). I don't know why everyone is dogging the bag but I think it's sick. It reminds me of the 1980 mens hocky jerseys. miracle on ice....miracle in wales...who knows. the saturday outfit is terrible and pavin should fire his wife for even picking that out. maybe he was expecting ryan moore to make the team.

Kind of hard to tell from that website but I think that we are going to win the style battle. A lot of their stuff looks the same as it was last time. The one shirt is identical style just different color. I think our stuff looks a lot more stylish and classy.

The US stuff, for the most part, look terrible (I like their red vests).

All in all, the Euro unis look good. Wish I could get one of the argyle sweaters the euros were wearing on Sunday.
