I don't like the look of it, it is pretty plain. I never thought I would hear myself say that since everything I put in my bag has to be simple looking. But I bet this thing is a rocket. It looks like balls just jump off this club.

That's because they do haha, I hit it a few times the other day and it just seemed like the ball was shot out of a rocket, I want to try one with an Ahina or Oban Tour Proto

I just returned from Golfsmith this evening and I'm blown away.

I'm a 100-105 swingspeed guy (6 handi) with the driver and currently play a RHT with Fubuki Alpha, and absolutly love it.

HOWEVER, while I was waiting on some clubs to be worked on, I got on the Foresight LM and hit the G20, I20, Fast12 LS, R11s and was consistently getting a 250-260 yard drive with a variety of shafts. Mostly carry with landing angles of around 48*, so there wasn't much roll. This told me that the LM was fairly accurate for my swing, as this is usually what happens on the course. (with the occassional 270-280 poke)

Then I see a CB4 9* with the stock RIP sitting in the corner. So I grab it and it just looks beautiful to me. Smaller head, open face...very purdy. I fight a hook as my miss. This thing was going a MINIMUM of 270 and averaging 280. The launch was around 13-14 degrees with 2000-2300 spin. Like a 34* landing angle. Freaking ridiculous. I couldn't get below 2800 spin on anything else, I20 was the closest.

I'm kinda bummed cuz I love my RHT, but MAN! 20 yds longer than the others because of an optimized trajectory? I don't know.

Are the new drivers purposely higher spin?
