Really? Do the US market also get premium shafts as standard and a RED and a SILVER version for different swing speeds and prefferred shot shapes?
One for the fader and the other for people that want antislice properties? The answer is no..The face depth/shape is also different, and the lie angle is flatter in the J version. The J version is also longer from front to back, and has a less sloping crown than the US version. And of course "just" a different sole.

The J version also gets Fubuki shafts as standard. And the upgrade options are vastly superior, Attas T2, A´hina and Tour AD DJ...

Otherwise, they are exaclty the same!

It's different because that's how the JDM market is. It's the equivalent of the XD drivers released by taylormade in japan, same but different. they aren't built for Americans who average around 6 feet, and thus average a more upright lie angle, and they aren't built for players who are looking for a well rounded driver, but for the player who looks for uber-forgiveness. That's what the mass market in Japan likes.

Thats normaly the case. But in the case of the J version here, its has a flatter lie angle than the US verison by 2 degrees, which promotes workability. And they offer 2 J versions, one set up for a fade/straigh shot and one with antislice properties, so it looks like the J version is the more workable, well rounded driver.

And I went to the US website and couldnt see any A'hinas or ATTAS T2s? The Fubuki is an upgrade option though, and that comes standard in the J..

I haven't seen the attas offered but the ahina is available. Btw, the crown looks like a recycled version of the 07 Burner. Looks good!

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
