S82 or S83?

Anyone had trouble trying to figure this one out? I mean, they're very close in price and in size...so why WOULDN'T you pick the bigger one?

Is the S82 that much of a pain to get on a cart? Is that the only reason you'd want the S83?

I see some folks have no issues getting an S82 on a cart, and some say they have tons of problems with it.

Just curious. Prolly gonna pull the trigger on one or the other here in a few days.

It will make your life easier in general... the S82 will fit on some carts fine, some with a little "persuasion", and some not at all. Nothing like showing up at an unfamiliar course and have issues just getting your bag on the cart. Make you feel stupid. Does it sound like I am speaking from expierience LOL...

The 83 is very nice, will fit on any cart, and still has plenty of room for just about everything one would want to carry.

I got to pick a bag this season and I chose the S83. Plenty of room and still looks good. Honestly my boss has the S82 and they sit right next to each other in the shop...can hardly tell a difference unless you really look.

Is there a way to tell which one you've got by looking at it without having the other beside it to compare? I traded for one, and am not really sure which model I got.

The larger S82 has more boot pockets below the magnetic one... 2 zippered vs 1 on the S83.

S82 then. Do you know if there is a way to replace the belly panel then? I traded it off of a Titleist staff guy, and obviously his name is on it.

If it a 09 or older then it will have a removable panel. '10 and newer they don't zip off. If removable you can call Titleist and see if they will sell you a replacement panel. If it is the newer one than you will have to snip out the embroidery, which will leave a slight outline, which you can either go over with your own name, or some sort of patch, etc....
