Driver/shaft recommendation

So I know a good portion of this is due to my swing being too upright, I am working on that, but in the meantime looking to add some distance and reduce spin with my driver.

 

Didn't have my driver to hit at the store today, and really only got my stats using one driver. I hit a 9.5 FT-iz with stiff voodoo shaft, was seeing:

105 swing speed

13.7 launch angle

4000rpm spin

 

Any thoughts based on those numbers on a good route to lower ball flight, reduce spin, and gain distance? I considered going to one of the reputable fitters in the area, but not sure the $150 would be well spent as I realize improving my swing would yield the best result.

I would try a high kick shaft like the pro launch red or diamana whiteboard. Also try cutting the shaft down 1/2". Shorter equals lower and less spin. Hope this helps.

Shorter would be lower and less spin if you cut that 1/2" from the tip. Cutting it from the butt end will not have the same effect.

A low spin driver would help. The R9 SuperDeep, R11, or 910 D2/3. Try those in different stiff to X-stiff shafts and see what your numbers show.

I would try the 910D3. I have that and i have been able to hit the ball low compared to my normal high ball flight. I found even with adjustments to the R11 i couldnt keep from hitting it high.

first try and X-stiff this could be a quick and simple solution, if that dont work try going for a lower lofted driver, and if your numbers still are not low then go to a tour level driver like the 910D3 or Superfast TP ect. A really big thing tho is the kick point on the shaft if its medium or low probably not going to help, High kick point for the win
