Both Sumo and Sumo2

Yesterday my rep came to show me some things. Unfortuanatly no pictures, but I can describe.
My all time favorite are the SV Tour wedges. They have a T grind and say "SV" on the muscle of the wedge, overall great appearance.
The Sumo square is not as bad as you think. It's almost like multi leveled from the power bar, to the body, to a topline like the FT3 Fusion topline.
The regular Sumo is basically a modified SQ with the power bar more "swooped" shaped like a HiBore.
Speaking of HiBore, thats what the Sumo headcovers remind me of. A mix between HiBore and TaylorMade TP...
And I didn't know that the Sumo line was a continuation of the SQ line..
They are actually called the Sasquatch Sumos..hmm
Unitized I don't like.
CCI looks good. Forged model will have slightly differant muscle.
And Nike now offers the BiMatrx shaft as a custom option!

I wish I got pictures, haha I don't want to make myself sound like the other couple of members who think they saw them. They basically rewrote my first topic "Nike Updates from the rep". Nice job guys.

Anyways Sumo hits in March, and I'm already on the list.

Anyone have pictures of the Sumo.

I have a sasquatch tour with a strictly one off shaft which is priceless but may have it pulled and put it in a sumo if I really like it.

Time to get out the power pod and all the odd configurations from Jack Ham(mer) for comparison. Time to haul out the Cobra ultramid as well as the ceramic cube (which might be similar looking based on the description so far).

 

When the Hi-Bore first came out, I got out an old set of Spalding Executive woods that had a concave crown---they held their own very well, just not as accurate.

They´re already out, but they ain´t selling until 6-7 months from now??? Isn´t that ft-5 time too?

The sound of the driver is still being tweaked and they aren't letting anyone hit it so that it doesn't throw their opinions off.

 

P.S. You sure have a lot to say from someone who hated the look of it.

it's not pretty, not by a longshot. Have yet to see it face on...only at address.

just saw you question and im not sure but ALL signs point to the PRO COMBO or atleast a new and improved version, because NIKE has released pics of the new PRO COMBO BAGS. this is where i take my guess from. hope that helps a little.
