100% correct. i work at Berkeley were he is a member at, and poke through his sticks all the time lol

Seems to me like the shafts he plays are high ball shafts. Does he have an issue with low ball flight? WIth his distance, it really surprises me he is only using 6.5 in his irons and a Kali in his driver.

Might be for feel? I had a look through his reall old getty pictures and it looked like he used to use a blueboard in driver so he might not wanna change.

Well when you think logically, the Project X 6.5 shaft is a very stiff shaft. It's stiffer than the x100 shaft, which seems to be plenty of shaft for many players on tour. The amount of people who can get a good flight out of a Project X 7.0 are very limited for it is a VERY stout shaft. I'm sure that Kyle can get a good flight out of it, but a slightly softer shaft gives a little more height in the longer irons and feel in the shorter irons.

PX 6.5 it's for sure not stiffer than DG x100. It's about 5-7g litter than x100. Maybe his 6.5 are tipped and likes to feel the weight in the clubhead more.
I played x100 for 10 years and I was tipping them bottom to get them a bit stiffer. Now I play PX 7.0 and they work perfect, more height, great feel, different weight repartition than DG, love them.

Kai'li has a higher launch point than the Ahina but overall it's a mid/high. KS ball flight matches that I would say. Kid really has a great swing.

That's a really cool stamp because it represents his personality and work ethic, at least from the interviews, features and articles I've seen. He's just a straight up focused, hard worker. I've been a fan because of the way he swings, but after his comeback following Torrey Pines, I've been an even bigger follower.
