HYBRIDS! Thinking about one again.

585, MD, 3DX, new Mizzy?

So I had a 19* Tour Edge Iron-wood (Tour vs.) with Aldila 85hybrid... and now am hitting a 980f 19*. The Tour Edge is nice and workable but sometimes became a hook machine almost out of nowhere. Also, it wasn't the most forgiving club, I would say average. The 5 wood is nice and will keep it for a switch-out with a 2hybrid, but it is starting to get very windy again where I play and I just cannot keep it in in the bag this fall/winter.

I am interested in something that looks clean, (I think the rescue hybrids look bulky and horrible in terms of setup/topline), something that is relatively workable high/low and can be versatile from tee, fairway, and not so importantly rough.

Looking for any recommendations, including shaft.

The Ping Rapture with the VS blue by you is good or the Adam Idea Pro with the VS blue by you is solid as well.

I'd like some impressions of the 585 (which I LOVE the look/setup), particularly feel. I like my 904f and 980f a lot, the solid thwack is sweet (first titleist woods I've had).

At golfsmith today just to look and compare the setup of Nickent/MD/585/G5. I really like the 585 no-offset look, even the little bit on the 3dx somewhat bugged me.

The new fairway woods are a big improvement from the 904's. They come off much hotter and have a better feel. The 585 is in my bag now and boy oh boy, BUTTER. By the way the Aldidla hybrid (stiff) is a great shaft. It help gets the ball up but isn't whippy.
