Lessons or Golf Assessment

Just looking for opinion on the quality of lessons that is offered at Oxmoor Valley in Birmingham. They offer TPI fitness help; K-Vest 3-D; and they use trackman in your game assessment. I'm needing some swing help and thinking about trying them out.

Ok everyone, I'll answer my own question. I had a lesson there yesterday with Neil Thompson, and it was what I had hoped for. Neil quickly diagnosed a physical limitation that I have and for the next 45 minutes we did numerous flexibility tests until we found the areas of my body that needed work. I now have a prescription of daily stretches that will increase my flexibility and improve my golf swing. Neil is TPI certified and has a passion for teaching. I'm really looking forward to going back to Neil in the future.

What did the session run you and what was it considered? Game assesment? TPI instruction? etc... Can you break down what occurred?

Considering that I only hit balls for 15 min and worked about 40 min on flexibility (assessment/stretching) I'd say my session was more of a TPI instruction. We did view my swing on camera and could easily see that my fault was caused by lack of flexibility. He charges $90.00 per hour.

I've had two sessions with Neil, both about two years ago. He helped me out tremendously. Watching my swing on video before the lessons and watching it now...it doesn't even look like the same person. I'll be using him again at some point.
