looking for a low spin shaft

v2 tour 95?

whats everyone's opinion on the ust proforce tour v2 shafts? available in 85 and 95 grams, should be spin killers. my swing speed is in the 125 range on the course but up in the 130-135 when i get going after it. i currently game an adams 9064LD 6.5 with a live long black shaft. just had it on the monitor and im still getting too much spin, around 4-4.5k rms. i was thinking of giving the 95 gram v2 a shot in something like a VR tour 8.5 or an exotics cb3, any opinions?

no shaft is going to drop spin 2K rpms. more of a swing adjustment is needed

Project X makes a 100 gram driver shaft. It may not knock off 2000 rpms but it is probably going to be the best feeling shaft that is that heavy and stiff

I have a 983K with a 95 Gram V2 and it keeps "hanging around" because it is just hits it on such a great trajectory - so straight and solid.

OP, have you ever gamed a heavier shaft? Just curious. The heavy V2's are great low launch/spin shafts, and may drop spin for you a bit, but won't kill that much extra spin. 4K spin is a lot, especially with an LD head.

i have a 2 inch tipped v2 96x in my 3 wood...i really like it but my brother has a 1 inch tipped px 8a4 in his and i think the 8a4 has a stiffer tip and spins less.
