Weird but best underwear

I have the lulu and Calvin Klein boxers, but soon as I started wearing shorts I started getting crazy wedgies and always having to pull them down. Anyone experience this? If so recommendations???

They do not if you get the right ones.  They make briefs, long boxer briefs and “regular” which are their standard fit and a trunk.  My oldest kid accidentally bought some trunks and didn’t like them and said they rode up in the front.  The standard fit ones are awesome. And all that my 13 year old, 18 year old and myself wear.

I have big quads so anything rides if I sit and stand a bunch unless I'm wearing 7" inseam which I don't like. 

 

I'm on a walk while typing this with some 2Undr Swing Shift and they're fine, until I sit down. Saxx Quest are my default ones. 

 

I'm kinda on a boxer hunt myself but in Canada not all brands are easily accessible.

Annoying, getting old and finding things that didn't use to need special support now do.  As well as discovering chafing where there didn't used to be any.  The above products help with both.

What’s your preferred inseam? I’m 6ft with kinda big thighs so I’m not sure what to get.

I've always loved Lululemon - are you wearing the athletic briefs or something else?  I swear by the "Always in Motion" line.

I’m pretty sure always in motion. I’ve loved em for the last year then I got two pairs of Greyson shorts a month ago and I’m getting crazy wedgies and riding up my thigh. Thought it was the shorts so I got a new pair of Peter millar and same thing. Weird

Very strange - are they relatively new, or well used?  I have noticed that older pairs tend to ride up a bit, but nothing substantial.

Standard seems to be 5" for most brands, some come in 7" and 9". I should try some 7" ones but don't always like the material or style for that length, usually they're more compression but again depends on the brands.

For the last couple years I have been getting the Lulu shorts with the built in liners. Absolutely terrific and zero wedgies. 
Now I do realize that helps ‘not at all’ with the shorts ya already have. But going forward, give em a try.

I really like the BYLT Basics boxers. Once I moved to something slightly longer, no issues with riding up. I think the lighter, slicker and more athletic type materials prevent wedgies better.
