Here is my swing with 8 Iron and driver . I have posted both front view and down the line, actual speed and slow motion.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

your problems stem from a lateral hip slide away from the target in the backswing. easy to spot if you put your mouse cursor on your left hip in a face on view, and then play through the video. 3-4" of space appears there as you get to the top of the backswing, at which point your spine is pointing towards the target because your hips have shifted so far to your right and you're trying to keep your head over the ball. this will invariably cause runoff at the top of the swing, a big thrusting lateral shift in the downswing, early extension (left hip moving up and towards target as opposed to deep behind you in a powerful impact position)....and a flippy release that requires a lot of hand-eye coordination and a lot of timing.

if you have a full length mirror in your house i'd go stand in front of it (with or without a club) and practice going from setup to the top of the backswing without letting your left hip move laterally to the right. your right hip should open up and move deep behind you in the backswing and from a face on view you should see some space appear there....and you should feel some weight on the inside of your right foot and a stretching feeling in your right quad.

standing with your feet together and either practicing in a mirror or actually taking swings in the backyard or at the range is a good way to get the feeling too. without the stability of a wide stance it's virtually impossible to move your hips laterally much in either direction without falling over. as you ingrain the feeling you can slowly widen your stance a couple inches at a time while seeing if you can keep the left hip in the same spot.

fixing that should put you in a better position to make everything else happen more powerfully and give you a chance to hit down on the ball with consistency and without having to force it or manipulate anything.
some other quick things that could use tuning up....
-turning your shoulders more vertically in the backswing, so they're more perpendicular to your spine. can think about getting to a spot at the top of the backswing where your left shoulder is under your chin or the feeling that your right shoulder is really high.
-keeping your elbows more together (right elbow in more) and your arms more in front of your body throughout. that position where your elbows flying behind you is hard to recover from (albeit fixing the hip sway may help clean that up). swinging with a nerf volleyball between your arms or a feeling of keeping your right arm straighter may help there.
-and then making a real point to get your left butt cheek to move deep behind you in the downswing with weight on the left heel/ankle.

hope that helps. don't try it all at once.

also....if you're gonna take future videos, you should hit a ball. practice swings, even ones with an intent to swing normally or hit a ball, tend to come out different from real ones. when your mind knows it has to hit a ball cleanly and make it go in a specific direction it'll make compensations to do so which may or may not be the same as a practice swing.
