RBZ 3 wood

now I'm really confused...

So everything I've read on this site about the rbz 3 wood and it's variations made sense to me, until I just went onto tgw.com. I know the difference between the tour and the regular the face is open on the tour (which I like). Now I thought the difference between the tour and the tour tp is that with the tp you get the upgraded shafts. However, when I went into just the tour options, it gave me the same shaft choices as the tp, but was like 100 dollars cheaper still. What's the difference?

The head of the tour is smaller but more deep faced. The shafts should be diff too. You get the matrix HD6 also can get the RIP Phenom

Ooo ok. I'm still confused about the shafts, they have the same options for no upcharge and for the upcharge as the tp. But again the tour is like 100 bucks cheaper and when I choose the upgraded shaft options it doesn't add any cost.

Rbz 3 wood- X con 5
Rbz 3 Tour - X con 7
Rbz Tour TP- Rul 70 (and everything else with a .335 shaft) all plus 100.00

Well I guess I should buy a good deal while they have the mistake of no upcharge on there....

fwiw, i just checked tgw and with the tour the only shaft was the x-con 7, with the tour tp was it was the rul 70. by the looks of it, the x-con 7 isnt a "shaft upgrade" just a heavier shaft. the rul 70 is an "upgrade"

now, dont quote me on this, but i believe that is the only difference between the tour and the tour tp, but thats just my understanding.

and as far as it being a "mistake" i dont believe thats the case, its been like that everywhere ive seen with the shafts (dicks, golfsmith, etc)

The tour heads are not out yet.....not sure when they will be available?? Not sure what it will say if you try to pay for it??

If you want the tour head with the X con 7 it will not be an upcharge.
Any other shaft including the Stock Rul 70 is an upcharge.
