Losing spine angle w/ video

Hi all. Long time lurker, first time posting. I'm looking for your trained eyes to look at this video and suggest some drills, exercises, prayers, etc.. I'm apparently unsure the proper way to use my hips. I've always been prone to hit one off the neck and now I see why. Please advise.

Picture is dark and too small
on the backswing you seem to lose too much of your right knee brace too early
Your downswing starts ok ,but your stall your pivot, Hump the goat(ee) and really disconnect your arms from your body at impact as you flip to release the club
Practice shorter swings ,9-3 wedges and concentrate on really rotating left with your torso going down
also place a small nerf ball /credit card deep inside your left armpit and do not drop the nerf ball/credit card until late in your follow through.

Hey there! Thx for commenting I think the disconnected arms are a by -product of standing up through the shot? I feel like if I didn't and kept them in I would miss or top the ball. Or is it vice versa? If i rotated properly and stayed down properly the arms would naturally become more connected? Does this make sense? I will try the drill you suggested as well as working with my tour striker.

I don't know why more people haven't responded but I would look into the dozen threads on early extension. you really lose you spine angle into impact.

I see your right leg straighten on the backswing which (front on view would help) could mean there is very little hip turn going back. I would bet your butt shoots under your upper body on the downswing because the left hip doesn't really clear. All this is better seen with a face on view. You would see if there is a slide, no hip turn etc. One thing you should do is put a broken shaft or alignment stick in the ground outside your right foot but touching your foot and angle back so its not in your way. When you swing back you'll feel yourself bump that if you are sliding. It could be as simple as you just don't turn those hips and when you don't turn your hips your spine can stand up to get out of the way. Look at the impact position and you can't see any of your rear... good sign there is no left hip clearing. Look at the pros at impact with this view and notice the hip clears and you'll see what I mean.
