Nice setup... How are you liking the irons?
Thanks man, the MBs are butter.. thin toplines, modern blade look. Not as much bounce compared to other blades, but still feels really crisp through the turf

Yeah that's solid, my buddy got the MC's not too long ago but he's regretting not getting the MB's

they both have their pros and cons - a slight heel or toe with the MBs and there goes 10 yards out the door

yeah forsure, forgiveness never hurts. how's that shaft in the 910? I've heard some people starting to use it, but don't know much about it
910D2 - Recently picked up the shaft, so far got some really great results from Trackman today, around 11-12.5* of launch with 2500-2900 rpms of spin plays to 255 CPM
910F - The Tour AD DI lives up the hype, stable at the top, so smooth even for my earlier release. Low spin results without the shaft feeling too boardy plays to 265 CPM

I run through a couple of the muni tracks, Tam O'Shanter, Don Valley, Flemingdon Park (10 minute bus ride away) hopefully getting out to Braeben and Thornhill within the next couple of weeks Didnt get a chance to get out that much last season as I only started and spent a majority of my time practicing

I love it, I also use the plain big white towels sometimes, however I don't take mine from hotels but my mom grabbed some super cheap for the purpose of being my golf towel, I'll play 18 in a day, and spend 1-4 hours at the range, that's alot of dirt to wipe, so I need a big towel, the cheap white towel does that perfectly! When I'm trying to impress I bring the titleist staff towel though.

Thanks man! Im more of a guy who would rather spend the money on a couple of buckets instead of a brand name towel
plain white is my one and only... and to be honest the tour issue holiday inn joke is just for show, i honestly have no idea where I got the towel from

One of my swing coaches told me the hotel room towels are perfect for golf... I mean, my grandpa bought me my titleist towel and it looks cool but honestly the white towel wins function wise.. I wet down a corner of my towel too so the white is just perfect.

it could very well be from a hotel, but i cant say for sure.

Titleist staff towels definitely win on the looks department when walking into the country club. you gotta look the part, am i right? cool.gif

Yeah, I'd rather play the part though.. After about 1 year or less of playing I am officially a 19 cap, so that' not fun.. Gotta get lower, low round of 86.
hey man, im on the same boat, 8 months gaming and still keeping the index around the teens. the important part is to have fun no matter what skill level, nobody expects us teenagers to become plus caps yet, especially for the short period of time we've been playing for.

IMO the real respect comes from those 8 hour Trackman days, the hard work you put around the greens, and the countless number of times you set up those 3 foot circles and tee gates. The low scores will follow

Tour issue holiday inn towel really makes the bag for me, personally. :P

Personally, I have a "Made for" Walmart towel. Can't go wrong.

I got tired of spending 25-35 dollars on big golf towels. Walked into the dollar store one day they sell big white nice towels for 3$ a piece. I can't imagine buying any other towel now.
