DaSportsGuy I think it's on par with an area course like Windmill Lakes in terms of challenge (different style though; more scenic, definitely more elevation changes) and it's well maintenanced.

 

From a write-up:

Some real great holes with big hills and water. Holes number 12 and 13 are newly remodeled and feel a little like Myrtle Beach holes. Other holes have been lengthened and improved. Lots of elevation changes.

 

Great finishing holes which provide a great deal of challenge and club selection at 9 and 18. They run down into a tightly wooded landing area where the second and third shots have to carry creeks to elevated greens.

 

Just two or three average holes keep this course from being a real favorite. Course seems to be under constant improvement and it has a new three story clubhouse. A mix of modern greens and turtle backs.

That is a great deal. Decent course to play. I would definitely take advantage of that if it wasn't right next to where I had a terrible car accident last June. Havent been able to be on that road since.
