My disclaimer: I am a Michigan Football Season Ticketholder (who goes to school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin....)

 

It should be a really good game, Michigan has a very good defense, with fast linebackers, and if Manningham comes back at anything resembling full strength, three great receivers. Ohio State has a very good defense, and three great receivers. They're the Number 1 and Number 2 teams in the country for a reason, and I just hope that the game is enjoyable and not a blowout one way or the other the way some of these games can become.

 

That said....Go Blue!

I am PSU Alumn and saw PSU play both teams this year.

 

OSU is explosive. MIch has average Offense.

 

Mich & OSU have comparable Def, Mich may get edge but cant keep up woth Troy Smith and Ginn.

I am an OSU grad so Bucks 24, Mich 16. Bo's passing will give extra incentive however. Golf wise, Big Jack was honored a few weeks ago by "dotting the I" at halftime.

Fisrt off let me say this, Teetogreen86's avatar is by far the best I have seen period. Could not stop laughing!!!

 

Michigan is a huge stumbling block for OSU and had always been a thorn in the side of OSU, they are directly responsible for the National title eluding the Bucks in years past.

 

However, I think OSU maybe far too strong for Michigan as they were several years ago when they won the National Championship.

 

Sorry Wolverines, it is OSU's time, there will not be a rematch until next year, if either team lose, they WILL NOT meet again for the title.

I have no hope for my Buffs, they pretty much blew the ph\/ck up and are a sad and empty reminent of thier previous glory. Hate to say it but Colorado University will not see another quality team for another 4 -5 years. It is rebuilding time folks, bring on the bulldozers!!

I live in Columbus...and yesterday afternoon a co-worker told me that the band formerly known as "The Dead Shembechlers" have decided to stop using that name...and that all of the proceeds from last night's concert will be donated to the charity of the Shembechler family's choice.

 

Driving home from work yesterday, the Michigan team was being escorted down the highway...people honking...and I noticed that one of the RV lots was already full. People were already tailgating last night before 6 PM. Good for them.

 

This is gonna be sweet.

 

Coincidentally, my alma mater made it into the D3 playoffs for the first time in 16 years. Go Tartans.
