KBS Tour shaft weight after being cut to length?

Ok fellow wrx'ers, need some help here. Recently bought a set of KBS Tour Shafts and was told they came out of a set of tour issue Taylormade R9 tp b irons and that they were stiff flex (the bands were removed before I got them). Well I'm getting ready to re-shaft my irons now and the weight of the shafts are around 109-110 grams. My question is, what is the weight of cut-down KBS Tour Shafts? I know they say the uncut weights are Stiff (120 g), R+ (115 g), and R (110 g).

 

The shafts play off of a 38" 5-iron.

 

BTW, the shafts are .355 taper tip.

basic rule of thumb for most steel iron shafts. Raw uncut weight divided by the raw uncut length gives you the weight per inch of the shaft so once you know the cut length of the shaft in each club, you can subtract and get that cut shaft weight. Won;t be perfect perfect because some shafts are a tiny bit butt heavy or tip heavy in weight distribution, but it will be within a gram or two.

Mine were all 112 grams.The hireko site shows the cut weight as 99.5 for R flex,111.6 for S's and 118 grams for the x's.G
