Epon AF302 Pics Request

After reading all the glowing reviews of the AF302's, I'm about to pull the trigger. However, my only reservation is that JDM short irons have always looked too boxy and/or round to my eye. I would appreciate it if someone would post a couple of pics of the short irons (8-PW) versus a Titleist AP2 or Miz MP59 (or similar) from the top as well as the sole. If the shape is more like AP2 then I'm good to go.

Oh, how do their wedges look? Vokey, tear-drop?

Sorry, but these are the only pics I have at the moment...

I was previously gaming MP-52's, and they felt like a knife thru butter. But my Epon's feel like a HOT knife thru butter. Seriously, I've never felt a better iron and I've had some pretty good sets: MP-33, Titleist 990, MP-67, and MP-52. I went with Nippon SP Blue X soft-stepped once without even demo'ing them and couldn't be happier. I've played DGS100 or DGS300 for 20 years and wanted to try something new with my Epon's, best decision I made.

The wedges have a larger face than Vokeys. I had Vokeys before getting my Epon wedges, and it took a little getting used to, but now I absolutely love these wedges.

I've never hit Project X, so I really can't tell you. But I hit the SPB a little lower than my DG X100, which is a good thing for me since I hit my irons very high to begin with.

Thanks for the pics. I think I'll pull the trigger on the 302's but how does the PW look? Any way you can take a pic? I'm hoping it looks like an Miz MP or AP2.

The wedges look a little too round for me. I don't know if I can get used to that look after playing teardrop-shaped wedges forever.

Have you check the AF-Tour blade? I've a combo set of AF302 4-7 and 8-PW AF-tour blade and that maybe a better option.

Maybe I'll sell you mine Someday c....or perhaps trade for the personals....seriously though those heads are amazing. The copper finish is well worth the hefty up charge.

They feel like warm butterscotch candy with a layer of caramel......ball sticks to the face.

Love the Aerotech I95s I have in them, high launch and distance control is very good.

Idrive, thanks for the pic. Although the PW doesn't look like a Titleist, it does look much better than most JDM PW's. I'm not 100% sold on the AF302's yet - only about 99%. Thanks again for your help.
