Fw looks good. Irons look better than the RAZR x.

Was just about to post exactly the same, haha....nice job Callaway.

So which FW is the Pro version?

I am no fan at all of Callaway, haven't liked a single product they put out. But I have to say those woods pictures are the nicest Callaway clubs I've seen. No, I'm not gonna remove my RBZ Tour. But still a nice looking club.

All those clubs look great.

Are the X Hot woods going to be the same starting price point as the Razr X Black series (aka MSRP $249)?

Interesting, the X irons are chrome with a satin sole section and the X Pro's are satin with that section in chrome. Wonder if the lofts would align for a combo set....

Irons don't look bad, but the X Forged will probably be the ones I would choose. I'm assuming the Pro version of the fwy is the one without the graphics on the crown or face. And if that's the case, I'm all over it, especially if it comes in a 4 wood. Although based on what I've been hearing, I'm wondering if this 5 wood would go as far as my TEE CB1 4 wood as of now.

Would like to know more about that Project X shaft. I think we all wish Callaway will step up with their shaft offerings.

I think the Pro/Tour model is a legit Project Xv shaft, smoothest shaft Project X has made. The standard model might be made for, but I thought Callaway's new direction was fewer "made for" shafts.

Agree with this. Callaway's two stock shafts in their Xtreme driver are Aldila Trinity and Matrix Black Tie. PXi and C-Taper in the X Forged...sorry, but you cannot complain about that one bit. Not made for, not "specifically engineered to work with the Callaway Razr Fit Xtreme head" or anything like that.

I have a feeling the Project X shaft will be the same type of thing. I don't think Callaway is going to go cheap this year by any means.

AHHH so torn. Do I want to go with the RAZR Fit and free fairway deal now, or do I want to go with a the Fit Extreme and X hot pro fairway?

How much performance am I leaving on the table?

Has there been an established release date?

XHot pro fairway is a HUGE leap in technology. I hope Harry and Chad will tell the tech story soon. And put up pics explaining it. It is fantastic. Driver? Not nearly as big a leap, but the USGA has legislated out innovation, so that's to be expected.

Smack you mean the difference between the Fit and the Xhot driver isn't that great or the difference between the Fit and the extreme? I really wanted a Fit after I hit it, waited for prices to drop and now I am hearing the Extreme is a big improvement and think maybe I should wait.

Potentially some awkward gaps here.

If the fairways are as long as advertised then a decent gap between the 15* 3 wood and 18* hybrid. Also the 18* and 20* are too close IMO.

Reasons for such limited options in the pro line up?

X-utility is my only guess. I'm not sure. Never could get a legit answer.
