(NC) 3day4science Scholarship Tournament: A Benefit for K-12 Science Grants

Hi Everyone!

 

Take a 3 day weekend for science!

 

I am the Executive VP of a non-profit www.afcea-nc.org. We raise money throughout the year to give away $1K grants to K-12 STEM teachers, as well as scholarships to students seeking STEM-related degrees. We have awarded $250,000 since 2008.

 

I would like to invite you to a Monday scholarship benefit tournament April 22, 2013 at Prestonwood Country Club, home of the PGA SAS Championship in Cary, NC. There will be a 25 team minimum for the tournament!

 

Tentatively, the cost will be approximately $125/person or $500/team to include a box lunch, dinner, and $5 gift certificate to the pro shop.

 

We are still in need of an anchor/major sponsor. Please contact me for details. Our other sponsorships range from:

 

- Silver/Gold/Platinum of $250/$500/$1K.

-- Platinum sponsorship includes your own golf team

- Hole sponsorship is $1K/hole.

- Longest Drive/Closest to Pin for Men/Women $500 each

- Team Sponsor $500
