Shimada VWS

Has anyone tried this shaft? I was on trackman yesterday with a 100 stiff version of this and really liked the feel and numbers. With a 6 iron, 85 club head speed and 5600, launch angle of 19. I have been using dg tour issue and really liked the feel of the shimada over the dg. I tried the modus 3 and it didn't feel anywhere close to the vws. Are there any other comparable shafts I should look at from shimada, having never come across them before?

I've just started tinkering with Shimada's products in recent weeks. Specifically the Tour, Tour Lite (in the all available flexes) and the Tour Wedge shafts. I'm really impressed with the performance and feel so far.
I haven't tried the VWS, but I would venture a guess that they are a flighted version of the Tour and Tour Lite shafts.
I'll see if I can find out more about it from my supplier and will get back to you if i get any useful information.

I am playing the Shimada Tour Stiff and love them in my irons. The ball flight is great and very true compared to the KBS was using. They are firm but not boardy and have great feel for them.

I've been playing the tour lites for a few months now. Lovely feel, high trajectory but no spin issues. Can flight with ease.
