Does anyone know where you can find options provided by WRX? Shafts, grips, grinds, putter options, etc....

Not sure about grinds and such but if you go on www.TGW.com you can click on the club then custom options and it will show you how much each shaft costs.

In terms of putters; face milling, additional weights, starshot (bead blast) finish

They do the same grinds as in their last WRX catalogue, but they didn’t actually create a catalogue this year. I ordered a wedge with a grind off the old one, and they did it for me. I just placed the order with the local rep and told him which grind to do.
