crazy because Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers are two of the top three QB's in the game. But Flacco and Kaepernick are the stars of saturday that's for sure. At least so far

If I had to quess I would say KC. New coach amd no current qb and no top option in the draft. However if Andy Reid brought Vick with him that also wouldn't be a shock.

What a performance by Kaep. I was a bit freaked out after his pick 6 but man did he just brush that off his shoulder. Packers had no answer for him and they just let him have his way on the ground and in the air. Crabtree has turned into a stud as well 6 TD's in the last 4 games now. Niners keep this up and hard not to like them for to win a 6th Superbowl.

Re Smith. 1st clue will be follow Norv Turner. If Norv lands an OC job somewhere in need of a QB Alex would be the likely choice. Alex was progressing decently under Norv and 49ers fans were looking forward to the second season with Alex and Norv together until SD fired their coach late and hired Norv. For Alex's sake poor dude has been through enough I would like to see him go somewhere like KC who is much like the 49ers were before Harbaugh. Talent on the roster but no coaching to put it all together.

I've been saying it for a long time, Smith should go to the Jets. The way the Jets want Sanchez to play is similar to how the 9ers want Smith to play; as a game manager (think Dilfer with the Ravens in 2000). But I'd much rather see him go to the Cardinals, just to show the 9ers he's the better option (I'm not saying he is, I'm saying that would be his motivation). Although if I were a QB, I'd want to get as far away from that 9er D as possible.

Moving back on topic, I couldn't believe how poorly the Packers played against Kap's read-option. They had all week to prepare for it, there's no excuse for getting embarrassed the way they did. How many times did the outside linebacker collapse, only to have Kap run around him for a gain of 20+? It's as if it were the first time the Packers saw the read-option. Pathetic.

I could see him with the Jets. I just think no matter who the quarterback is in NY, its going to be hard for them to thrive under Rex Ryan. That's just my opinion. I also think Mark would do a lot better with a west coast team and not with such a bull head coach like Ryan.

How Rex Ryan didn't get fired is something I will NEVER comprehend. Unless he wants to start over as a humbled coach, he's not going anywhere. The Jets locker room has got to be one of the worst in the league, and that culture starts with Rex.

Kaeppppppppper! Great performance by him tonight, and the whole team. I was a tad bothered watching the "young" mistake (Peyton did it to end their season) of throwing across your body and the pick six but the kid does not lack confidence. Got back out there dominated. That was the one thing we had to do, keep Rodgers off the field..even though we were doing that it was still tied or close for a bit. Just all around great performances, special teams stepped up big as well. The Stick was rocking... Should be a tough game next week no matter who wins today. As for Alex, I think he would fit well in Minny and could play well there, but I would hope more for him then to go to KC or NYJ....the guy has been through hell and back and always took it like a classy guy..He is under contract but I think its all but a sure thing that he is on the team come next year. His cap $ can help us resign Goldson.

If you have a good O-Line they seem to be able to run.

The coaches don't want them to run except to a slide or OB. Look what happened to RG3, he could be out for a year. Playing him in the wild card game may have been a huge mistake.

No. They say QBs SHOULDN'T run in the NFL because of the punishment they take. However, if they're a bigger player (Cam Newton, 6'5"/244 or Kaepernick 6'5"/230) than they can withstand those hits. Smaller QBs just can't handle it. Look at the breakdown RGIII had this year, and the fact that Michael Vick has played 16 games just once in his career.
