How about some pictures? I never get tired of seeing pictures of the baby blades. You should look on the lefty baby blade petition thread. A guy had a left handed set made by hand by Miura-san himself; a truly one of a kind set. He has some nice pictures on the thread. I heard this was very expensive.

No, it's the normal KM350. I just got a new headcover for my birthday from my girlfriend, since the old one had holes in it :) I love that putter!

What was the reason to go with BB instead of MB 001?
For me the Baby Blade is THE ultimate blade. I previously had the old tournament blades, and wanted to take the next step. I guess I also like the look of the BBs better than the standard Miura blade.

I tried them out on the range yesterday evening, and the difference is remarkable. You can really feel that they are more dense. I do not think they are that much harder to hit. I'm actually able to hit the BBs more in the center than the tourneys.

Awesome clubs. I play the same ones with the steelfiber i110s and absolutely love it. It took 1 range session to adjust to the smaller head then BAM stripe city and pure sauce all day. The best feeling and looking irons I have ever hit. I would love to hear a review from you with those shafts in them btw.

I have now been playing the baby blades for about a month. They are the most honest and best feeling clubs I've ever hit. Built to perfection by Leif Granstad, a Trackman master, based in Stockholm (www.teeview.se), with a shortened Shimada Tour Lite Stiff shaft hardstepped to extra stiff.

Going from the Miura Tournament blades with Poject Xs it only took a few balls to get used to the visual difference (the babies are really THAT much smaller when you first see them). Straight from the start I flushed them, and never looked back. Built to your individual specs, I have the feeling that they are actually easier to hit than the tourneys.

Here a short summary:

Looks: The most beautiful set of irons you'll ever lay eyes on. Classic minimalistic beauties.
Feel: They are soft, but a different kind of soft. They feel much more "solid" than the tournament blades. It is a kind of "hard" soft. Compared to the TBs they fly off the club face with much less effort. You can actually feel that more mass is behind the ball. The satisfaction you get from hitting one in the middle of the sweet spot is indescribable.
Shaft: Extremely accurate. They feel very solid without loosing too much softness. They give you the response that you want without hurting in cold weather. I've only played Project X and Dynamic Gold before. In my experience the Shimadas are better.
Grips: The iomoics look great and have the kind of slight stickiness that I like. They are still white ;) Even in rain they stay sticky.
Playability: Off center hits still feel good, and you don't really see that much loss in distance. But of course the margin for error is smaller, and if you miss it you really miss it.. But to me that only gives me a reason to practice more on my swing. And I'd rather take a few bad shots with these than a hundred "perfect" hits with an oversized waffle iron any day of the week. They are not more difficult to hit than the TBs! Even though the 5 iron is about the same size as the 2 iron in my TB set :D
Workability: It is just so easy to hit the kind of shots you want. Hi/low fade, hi/low draw, punch shots. You name it, the BBs can do it.

Since this is my first review, let me know if I let anything out! Would love to hear some feedback.

If you are thinking of getting a set of Baby blades, don't think, just go and get them. You won't be dissappointed!

I love the sneaky Nebuloni box in the pictures! Sorry to go off topic but could you let me know how they come up size wise? I want to order a pair of them but am not sure how they fit. Thanks in advance.

Beautiful hand crafted shoes! Well, I was also really unsure about the sizing, so I sent Gigi (Nebuloni) a scanned sketch of my foot along with the size i used in the Footjoy dryclassics. Unfortunately they were abit tight, so when Gigi was on a business trip in Switzerland, he came by my office, which was an extra 2 hours drive, looked at how they fit, took them back to Milan, had them widened, and sent them back, free of charge! That is what I call customer service! Such a nice guy. In general, I would guess they are a bit small sized. For my father, who lives in another country in Europe, he offered to send a couple of pairs for him to try before ordering. I can warmly recommend them!

Beautiful irons Viking. Not a whole lotta room to miss on those babies huh?!?!?
Visually no, but once you forget about the size and just swing, they are actually not that hard to hit. As I said before, I find them easier to hit than the Tournament blades... Figure that ;)

Maybe someone with more knowledge than me can explain why?

Well. I'm not such a person, but at the risk of starting a "thing", the small size might contribute in a couple ways that help, while because of the same hosel and toe as a larger club, the sweet spot really isn't correspondingly smaller, inch for inch.

At that size the club is inescapably perimeter weighted, so basically it's a tiny GI design :)
