What Missouri courses were designed by current/former players?

Typically some of the best courses to play are the ones designed by former or current PGA Tour players. I can think of several that I've played in Missouri, but maybe you can help me if I'm missing some.

 

Porta Cima - Jack Nicklaus

Osage National - Arnold Palmer

Old Kinderhook - Tom Weiskopf

Stone Canyon - Greg Norman

Tapawingo - Gary Player

 

Others I'm missing?

Quail Creek was designed by Hale Irwin and I believe The Payne Stewart course was designed by Bobby Clampett.

I believe Gary Nicklaus gets the credit for Dalhousie. I would take with a grain of salt the designation of these courses (or most any of them) as designed by a player. Most of the work is done by one of their associates.

Given the choice, I would rather play a course designed by Doak, CB MacDonald, Raynor, RTJ, etc. over a Player or Norman course.

I also thought that Nicklaus designed that Par 3 course in Branson that held the Sr PGA event a few months ago. I think it is called Top of the Rock.
