Well, just as I suspected, I cannot make it that weekend. I'm going to San Antonio to see some relatives. All is not lost, though because we will likely play at La Cantera while I'm there. Have a good time. :russian_roulette:

The 19th is the weekend of my Member- Member outing and I had already committed to a playing partner.

 

I can do any other weekend, but I don't want to stand in the way.

I thought my bag was set, and then I came across a set of primo Ping I3+'s after struggling with these damn R7TP's all weekend and I am sending them back to Ping for a color code change, then installing some Black gold shafts in them and then I will be set until the next brain meltdown and then it starts all over.

I sent out a putter to Hot Stix to get bent to my specs....but that was before the post about the FINAL bag. Once that gets back, it's all over!

 

 

June 2 is a little tough for me b/c it's the weekend after my sister's wedding, and we still have LOTS of relatives in town. I'm only free next weekend for the next 1.5 months....weekdays are much better!

The X-forged are just OK. The lies need to be tweaked a bit but I still don't think that the leading edge is for me. Right now I am back to the "red" ATours which are fantastic. I have a feeling NOW these irons will stick.

 

Wedges, Putter, Hybrids...all good. Driver is almost there and I'm pretty sure the 3 wood is getting a new shaft.

Hey Kyle, I picked up a lighter bag and threw a better fitting pair of shoes in the truck....you know just in case. My blisters are finally gone which is cool.

Played with Hoover98 & Asleep yesterday at Memo....pretty wet out but greens were ok

 

Hoover98 - boring.....fairways and greens and putts lights out on his way in!

Asleep - best contact i've seen him make in a long time! Weird to see him with a <$5k (cheap@ss) putter.... :bigwhack:

 

It got REALLY hot and humid the back 9 when the sun came out, not fun when you're walking and getting chased around by mosquitoes!... :rolleyes:
