everyone who struggles with arm run-on should watch this. this is gonna be on repeat in the corner of my desktop for a long time.

 

this is literally the top of his backswing. he creates incredible amounts of speed in a short time.

The hashtag seeming fitting, so I continued it. Observation of numbers is one thing but the dude is on tour and just won.

 

Numbers don't mean crap (Adam Scott's perfect swing--won a few but...) if you cant go on the course and produce.

 

I just find it hard to believe any amateur could scoff or be judgmental of a pro's numbers...just my opinion.

 

this is a solid case of #misunderstanding. 2MT was *praising* JR's swing lol.

 

we only scoff at each other's awful swings.

Saturday morning, PQ and I tee off at 9:30. I ask if there's any other groups out there.

 

"yeah, a foursome that went off about 30 minutes ago". That's it. Them, us. There's barely another car in the lot.

 

On 6, we finally catch them. 7 is a par 3. We're finishing up putting on 6 as the man in their ground is teeing from whites.

 

We get to the blue tee box. And, watch ALL THREE women tee off, none of whom hit it anywhere near the green. The last one shanks one dead right. They've been looking back at us. They know we're there. We're standing there talking, "if they don't let us through, we're just walking by, right?"

 

"yeah, but they gotta let us through. Who wants to play with people behind them all day?"

 

They start to drive off without even acknowledging us. PQ actually yells out, "hey can we go through?"

 

"yeah OK."

 

PQ looks at me and says, "That is an F in etiquette."

 

Seriously, how bad would it have to get for that group to let someone through? We're on a par 3 already and there isn't another coming for 6 holes. They're 4. We're 2. No one in front of them. They need to assume there's no one behind us. They have 3 people who can't hit the ball and we caught them SO FAST that we watched 3 of them tee off. Could you even add another qualification to that that would make it more crazy that they weren't going to let us through?

Clearly he has No hip rotation forward so clearly he must be in the back swing

 

But wait, maybe he start his swing with his wrist than he must clearly be coming down...

 

Is there more, of course there is more his hat hasn't moved so clearly he most be in his back swing or Sicilian...

I deleted my post because it was not an accurate depiction of what I wanted to say. Therefore, I will try to remember what I learned in college going forward on future post(s). Please take this small post as an apology for my mistakes. May God have mercy on my soul.
