Yea. It had some gimmicky kinda things and two mulligans a team. We had two eagles and one double eagle and still didn't win. We really should have eagled the first par 5 and I think that's where they got us. Oh well.

So my son and I went to the range today. I saw that they were running a demo day, so we got to play with some shiny new toys. The clubs felt good, but the frickin' sales guy kept going on and on about his salad. Hey bro, no body gives a crap about your salad!

He wanted it all right. But he didn't really hit it better than his current one. I think he needs to grow a bit. And that bad boy costed more than his whole bag.

Anyway, went to the range on Tuesday between the morning sort and a pick up route. Looked at my swing that THDC graciously recorded at Laurel Hill and went to work for a few. I self diagnosed a lack of wrist set by going frame by frame. I need to ingrain that feeling of really getting a solid wrist set extremely early in the swing.

 

Needless to say, I need to do a few range sessions using the 'No Turn Cast' drill. Then see what else is missing.

Fun round today. Avoided the rain. Saw Fabbo and at least one of Domes' holes.

 

Wunderground is a part of twc. It's basically a geekier interface for the same data. Access to some blogs with some good info. Most weather apps are running the same data. There's an app on android now that used to be ios only called Dark Sky. Your getting similar info to Wunderground.

Played at Falls Road in a scramble yesterday. We were -14 and won. I guess Postal chief inspectors actually work because most of the groups were pretty bad. The course was in very good shape. The rough was deep and dense with it being wet. Greens were in good shape and a good speed. Hit the driver like sh!t but the rest of the game was good. We parred 4 of the 5 par 3's. Never hit the ball close on par 3's, just outside of good birdie range all day. We drove 3 par 4's from the blue tee's 320, 314 and 324. All were birdies.

Kent -- the bag is great. Pushed it for 18 yesterday. Not too heavy. Nice pocket structure. Clubs don't go in and out like butter, but better than the stand bag. Thanks. Congrats on the scramble.
