how did you LEFTIES do it?

I bought one of JB's spine finders on ebay. Gave me the SAME exact results as SST PURE-ing. I found a pronounced spine in my Altus which made the logo face about parallel with the ground and only on one side of the shaft.

There are two ways that the spine finder instructs installation of the shaft...a.) the strong side of the shaft faces the target for better ball strikers looking for workability. b.) The strong side of the shaft faces OPPOSITE the target for a more pronounced kick = more distance. Installing the shaft logo down for a LEFTY (which I am) would mean that I'm installing the shaft using option (b.)...installing the shaft logo down for a RIGHTY would mean that installation would follow option (a.) guidelines....


just called matrix and they said LOGO DOWN FOR ALL... based on the spine finder results, this makes very little sense to me. what do you all think of this and do you have experience with what I am saying?

FYI, SST pured or Floéd are NOT the same w/ Spined.

 

This is subjective topic on how you install it, so i'll let people here answer it for you.

 

I have my own believe through the years of testing and feedback result from players, So i can hold my own.

i know they arent the same thing. but every single shaft that ive had pured gets the same results as the spine finder that i now own.

i've heard logo down as the definitive answer.

i installed logo up. the spine finder i used showed me that installing the LOGO DOWN perfectly placed the spined facing opposite the target for righties. with the spine facing opposite the target, thatd mean perfectly LOGO up for a lefty.

i've heard the same and understand the logic, but after i heard the definitive answer from matrix i took their word for it.
