Calling any golfers living in southern Michigan?

So a couple buddies and I are looking to play some golf next Tues or Wed? Just wondering if any courses are not under snow and might be open next week? Not looking for anything fancy? I am located in middle of state and we have 12 inches of snow on ground. But I wasn't sure if any place in lower Michigan might have not gotten the snow we have??

Just southern public courses that I know will open up when weather is good. Call first

I'm currently in the very SW corner and there's nearly no snow on the ground. It's supposed to be warm the next couple of days so it should be gone by next week.

 

Mattsam nailed the only courses that are likely to be open worth playing. I'd call to make sure they're open before coming down. Of course, don't be surprised if they only allow walking though. It's already soupy down here and is just going to get worse.

It's almost always fine by the end of March. We did get dusted last night, but we have highs in the 50s and 60s so we should be good by the end of this week.

Where at? I'm expecting courses in the SE to open this week and some country clubs ~2 weeks. There isn't a day below 55* for the high in the 15 day forecast after Monday.

Lake Michigan hills is near my house. I'd meet anyone out there. I won't be up there until March 30th

SE Michigan pretty much under snow this week. (Detroit area) Suppose to be in the 60's by Tuesday.

 

Fox Hills (Plymouth area) is usually open in good weather if not too wet.

well, Lake Michigan hills won't be open by Tuesday. They said it would be too wet still? I guess I just didn't know what parts of state if any didn't have snow? We had a few groups that wanted to drive south and play so if you know of something, hit me up!!

I'm going to TN Thursday to play down there but I'd get out and play Wednesday if we can find somewhere.......

Royal Scott in Lansing is usually open when there is no snow.

 

I would guess Binder Park and Cedar Creek in Battle Creek might be open.

I played yesterday and the course was perfectly dry. Granted the nine I played is out in the open. I don't see it being overly wet anywhere down here.

I played at orchard hills in wayland yesterday the course was in great shape and it was nice and quiet out there playing full lake view tomorrow morning
